House manual on arrival. We're remote but responsive—messages answered GETTING AROUND A rental car is essential - there's no walking-distance shopping. Allow 25-30 min to Hilo for groceries. HOUSE RULES - 5-night minimum stay - No smoking anywhere on property - Pets considered with prior approval ($50/stay) - Quiet hours 9 PM - 8 AM (HPP rule) - No parties or events - Maximum 8 guests

🏡 House Rules – Please Read & Respect We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and these simple rules help us keep the home safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please use the designated outdoor area only. 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties or events are not permitted unless you have received prior written approval. 🤫 Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. 👥 Occupancy Limit Only registered guests are allowed. Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests booked. 🐾 Pets Pets are welcome with prior approval only. A $500 pet deposit applies. Please keep pets off furniture at all times. There is a $400 pet cleaning fee as well. 👟 Shoes Off Indoors Kindly remove shoes before entering the home to help keep the space clean. 🗑️ Trash Disposal Please bag all trash properly and place it in the designated bins provided. 🛠️ Damages & Issues Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay. Please report any maintenance issues right away so we can assist quickly. ⏰ Check-Out Time Check-out must be followed as scheduled. Late check-out is subject to approval. 🔐 Security & Access Do not share door codes or property access with anyone not included in the reservation. 📹 Security Monitoring For safety, the exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras.
