Cooled by Big Island trade winds and ceiling fans (no A/C). Dogs welcome with prior approval.

Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests booked. 🐾 Pets Pets are welcome with prior approval only. A $500 pet deposit applies. Please keep pets off furniture at all times. There is a $400 pet cleaning fee as well. 👟 Shoes Off Indoors Kindly remove shoes before entering the home to help keep the space clean. 🗑️ Trash Disposal Please bag all trash properly and place it in the designated bins provided. 🛠️ Damages & Issues Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay. Please report any maintenance issues right away so we can assist quickly. ⏰ Check-Out Time Check-out must be followed as scheduled.
