Please use the designated outdoor area only. 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties or events are not permitted unless you have received prior written approval. 🤫 Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. 👥 Occupancy Limit Only registered guests are allowed. Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests booked. 🐾 Pets Pets are welcome with prior approval only. A $500 pet deposit applies. Please keep pets off furniture at all times. There is a $400 pet cleaning fee as well. 👟 Shoes Off Indoors Kindly remove shoes before entering the home to help keep the space clean. 🗑️ Trash Disposal Please bag all trash properly and place it in the designated bins provided. 🛠️ Damages & Issues Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay. Please report any maintenance issues right away so we can assist quickly. ⏰ Check-Out Time Check-out must be followed as scheduled. Late check-out is subject to approval. 🔐 Security & Access Do not share door codes or property access with anyone not included in the reservation. 📹 Security Monitoring For safety, the exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras.
